The Barbara Ingram School for the Arts Foundation offers three grant programs for BISFA students, faculty, and staff for the 2026-2027 school year.
Applicants MUST follow the directions to submit grant requests. Paper and handwritten applications WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please answer each question in detail. Incomplete applications will NOT be accepted and may cause a delay in funding.
Pauline K. Anderson Student Grant Program
This program provides funds (up to $200 per student per school year) that support the success of students at the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts. Examples of uses for these grant dollars include: the purchase of equipment, supplies or clothing necessary for their artistic or educational development, college application fees, cost of required field trips, and special events.
Grant request applications are due NO LATER THAN the LAST school day of each month (unless otherwise noted to work around the school holiday closures). Final grant applications for the current school year MUST be submitted by Friday, April 23, 2027. This deadline ensures adequate time for the grant request to be processed, evaluated and paid out prior to the end of the school year. Applications will not be processed after this deadline. All graduating juniors and seniors must submit their final applications by March 24, 2027 to allow enough time to process the request prior to graduation.
Due dates for the 2026-2027 school year are listed below. Applications received after these dates will not be considered until the next due date, and you will be notified via email.

- Sign your application.
- Have one of your Discipline Teachers sign your application.
- Email your signed and completed application to grants@barbaraingramfoundation.org by the monthly deadline date. Applications can be submitted anytime throughout the month.
- You will receive an email receipt upon the foundation receiving your application.

The Hamilton Family Foundation Individual Student Achievement Grant Program
This program provides funding (up to $500 per student per school year) for individual students who achieve, state, regional, national and eastern competitions; educational development opportunities based on audition, portfolio review or academic achievement selection; and other earned opportunities, while attending the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts. Summer Intensive/ lessons opportunity grant requests will only be accepted if the student will be returning to BISFA the following school year.

BISFA Discipline Enrichment Grant Application
This program will be accepting applications from faculty and staff of BISFA. Grants will be accepted during the school year for programs and activities such as guest artists, master classes, performance opportunities and other enrichment programs that will greatly enhance the overall educational opportunities for the students of BISFA.
Grant request applications are due NO LATER THAN the LAST school day of each month. Grants for the current school year MUST be submitted by Friday, February 26, 2027. This deadline ensures adequate time for the grant request to be processed, evaluated and paid out prior to the end of the school year. Applications will not be processed after this deadline.
