Foundation Summer Intern
The Barbara Ingram Foundation has a non-paid student BISFA Alumni Intern Position available this summer from June until August (start and end dates are flexible).
The candidate would work 10-12 hours a week, Monday through Thursday, and learn the fundamentals of a non-profit organization.
- writing press releases
- social media posting
- organizing paperwork
- assisting with the Summer Arts Academy
- researching grant opportunities
- updating alumni lists

Summer Arts Academy Camp Programs
Summer Arts Academy 2022
Spaces are limited. Camps are open to ALL area youth.
We offer half day and full day camps to suit youth interests and talents.
Please visit our Summer Arts Academy Page for information and registration.
Registration Deadline is June 3, 2022.
All registrations received AFTER June 3, 2022
will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee and WILL NOT
be guaranteed a Arts Academy Camp T-shirt.

2022 Summer Arts Academy Interns Needed
All high school students are eligible to apply to be an intern for the Summer Arts Academy.
The Intern position is an unpaid position, but will fulfill Student Service Learning (SSL) hours, with teacher approval given at the conclusion of the program. All Summer Arts Academy Programs are held Monday – Thursday at BISFA. See dates and times listed below.
Completed applications are due on or before MAY 13, 2022. Late applications will not be accepted.
Each Intern selected is expected to:
- Attend each day of the camp and be available for the full length of the camp.
- Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the camp each day.
- Be prepared to stay until the last student in your program leaves with their parent/guardian.
- Help with any administrative needs that arise during the camp day related to any program offered at the camp.
- Help Instructors and the Foundation staff with instruction, when requested and appropriate.
Each intern may be allowed to participate in some educational aspects of the program ONLY IF all administrative activities are completed.
